Azules, rojos pero todos con un alto valor en antioxidantes. Excelentes entre muchos beneficios para combatir el envejecimiento.
Son dulces, dejando en nuestro paladar un ligero toque ácido, según su grado de madurez.
Un pequeño, gran alimento para nuestro cerebro.
Parte de una buena dieta.
Hay alimentos esenciales que no deben faltar, en una buena y rica dieta, entiéndase rica, como completa para nuestro organismo.
Los arándanos son una pieza muy fácil de introducir en nuestra dieta, mediante zumos, mermelada, acompañando a queso, esto último es una delicia, ja, ja, ja...
