Cuando te encuentras en sociedad es necesario aprender a mantener silencio en algunos momentos, aunque a veces nos cueste. Forma parte de vivir en sociedad tener hábitos para una equilibrada comunicación.

No quiero decir que debemos callar ante injusticias, pero el pensar mejor antes de hablar debe convertirse en un hábito, en una rutina, hasta que salga natural, u evitar incomodidades.

Cuando nos relacionamos con otras personas, nos comunicamos utilizando un lenguaje que expresa lo que hemos aprendido en todo el proceso de crecimiento y maduración de nuestra mente, nuestras vivencias, estudios, todo está ahí en esos minutos u horas que nos permitimos interrelacionarnos.

Pero nuestra mente, sino la controlamos, puede jugar nos en contra y traernos algunos problemas si la dejamos expresarse con otros sin ningún tipo de limitación, lo que implica estar conscientes de todo, para minimizar los problemas al momento de comunicarnos.
