A great post, it helps an individual becomes conscious of the activities he or she carries out daily. I have never thought of taking notice of what makes me feel sad, anger or frustration or the way I walk, I believe this exercise is a good way to start my everyday.

I realised little things make me angry faster than bigger issues, maybe because I expect the other party to understand those little expectations or maybe because they're easily recognise, and undone activities makes me frustrated, the thought of having undone task puts a burden on me which makes me frustrated. I took notice of how I walked, and it seems I walk faster and bends a little. I noticed it after walking pass people on several occasions within few minutes and I'm always unstable, sometimes I feel like falling, or too bended or slack. I don't know how to adjust this for now. @zanoz, can you try this exercise.

Wonderful! The first step is to realize it and the best thing about this exercise is that you can make small changes just by modifying the way you walk. Consciously go for a walk but do it with your back straight, at a pace that you feel comfortable but not too fast or too slow, look for that middle point that gives you balance and the first few days become aware of everything that implies, for example, your hands also accompany your walk? Is your body tense or relaxed? I invite you to try doing this every day for the next three weeks and then tell me what changes you notice in your life.
