Receta Clafoutis o tarta de manzana

Una receta simple para una tarta con una masa de una textura más cercana al flan. El azúcar aquí es reemplazada por miel.


  • 125 gramos de harina
  • 3 huevos
  • 25 centilitros de leche
  • 25 gramos de mantequilla
  • 70 gramos de miel espesa
  • sal
  • manzanas
Para la preparación de la masa:

Derrite la mantequilla y calienta ligeramente la miel para licuarla.

En un tazón, haga un pozo en la harina y agregue la sal, la mantequilla derretida, la miel y rompa los huevos.

Mantenga un poco de mantequilla para engrasar el molde.


Con un batidor, mezcle los huevos, girando e incorporando gradualmente la harina.

Luego, batir vigorosamente para llegar a la textura deseada.


Luego agrega la leche fría poco a poco.


Con este método, normalmente no tendrá bultos.

Yo uso manzanas orgánicas recién lavadas, si usa manzanas de algún mercado tradicional es mejor pelarlas.

Córtelos en cuatro para quitar el centro y córtelos en trozos pequeños distribuyéndolos en el molde.


Vierta el preparado sobre el molde, sin exceder 3/4 de la altura del mismo, la masa se hinchará cuando se cocine.


Hornee a 180° durante 30-35 minutos.

Verifique la cocción con la punta de un cuchillo, no debe haber masa en la cuchilla.

Consumir frío o tibio. ¡A disfrutar!
