Mi experiencia en hive [Esp-Eng]

Este post esta escrito en doble lenguaje por lo que conseguirá un texto completamente en ingles seguido de uno completamente escrito en español.

Today I would like to join an initiative carried out by @ambarvegas where he invites us to answer 4 questions about #HIVE and to tell a little of our experience aboard this blockchain to generate noise and invite new people to the hivers community. Without further ado, let's get started...

What is Hive?

Hive is literally described as a decentralized social network, a platform based on blockchain technology (open source) that allows transparent transactions being this in turn what gives it its reliability; In this social network we can find different types of users that through the creation of original content can be rewarded through Upvotes (likes), these users are the spirit of the communities that have been formed to make easier the connection of all those members who share the same lifestyles and passions, stimulating interaction between people from all over the world and allowing each of us to access a valuable source of information from our homes and connect live with what friends on the other side of the planet are living, in this way the information shared here can help any social group to generate income while contributing to the development of new blockchain technologies. Here there is a space for everyone, with different Dapps so you can earn and invest in HIVE cryptocurrency tokens, we have game rooms, spaces for creation and publication of videos, writings, art and more, a space free of censorship where you choose what to see and what to share.

How did I hear about Hive?

Coincidentally a couple of weeks ago I celebrated my first year in #HIVE so this is also an opportunity to thank the universe for the way in which this information reached me. In the middle of a quarantine that had started my partner @joseacabrerav who had already told me about the page, had the opportunity to show me how was the world of content creation and since we were going to spend a lot of time at home locked up, this became a nice way to keep us entertained and constantly doing. As I have a hard time using technology, social networks and other things, he was the window to learn a little of the dynamics that in this platform were carried from the use of discord, walking me through the different communities to find my area, to the most relevant to make my post as the use of html and good tags, besides supporting me on the road many times creating content.

What were my doubts when I joined Hive?

Many of the doubts I had during the beginning had to do with the practical operation of the blockchain that is being developed, the web 3.0 can become a challenge for those who like me are grandparents with technology. I had learned how to create content, but I didn't understand much about how the transactions moved, as it was something I saw but had no idea about. Among the things I asked myself were: What is HP, HIVE, HBD, tokens? How do people give me money with a like? How can I get that money being here in Venezuela? Is this page sustainable? How can I save so I can also give good votes? Little by little I realized that the practice and the use of the platform itself is what gives you the knowledge to move in it.

The biggest doubt I had was how could I know if what I was doing was right? I had many doubts if my content would be well received or if I was doing it in the best way, luckily there was nothing to worry about and the doubts were becoming motivation to investigate more in the page, make new friends while asking questions and in turn I think I soaked so much of these little doubts that I began to solve them very soon helping other friends to whom I obviously began to talk a lot about my new job on the internet.

What has been my experience so far?

So far I can say that hive has been an adventure for me, not only I have connected with many people from different parts of the world plus a community of Venezuelans who are active and united with dynamics and meetings by discord in @votovzla, I have learned a lot by reading, I have found a nice place to share my experiences, stories and knowledge. I think hive just became the space I use to drain my day to day in a creative way, it became the search for new adventures to write, a good way to keep me busy the days I'm at home since in pandemic my outings were reduced to a minimum.

I have learned a lot about myself and my ability to express myself, I have a lot of fun doing each of the activities that I propose to bring to the page, I have helped my community by bringing the message of my indigenous peoples, with the same desire to collaborate with them I joined some friends carrying a healing column to bring a bit of indigenous culture and love for the land, I made my own logo and the image of @adiwathrive with the best friend that could bring me the 2020 @aldateacher, and the truth is that this trip has never had lucrative purposes but the constancy has made me make good savings, that although the currency is low at the moment, I know that those $HIVE are exponentially valuable.

So participating in these same savings I have joined power up groups to raise my votes and make them stronger, I have joined communities like @naturalmedicine where I share almost 90% of my posts, I have inquired about some others like @abundance. tribe, where I learned to make my first logo designing one for them, I still get excited when I see the elephant goddess of abundance in the posts of the community and some of its members with good taste😝 hahahaha; @foodiesbeehive where I share very often my recipes and crazy tastes for food; @theinkwell where I've immersed myself in fiction and horror writing making short film scripts and just hanging out with a good spark of creativity; I recently started joining the cool women knitting group at @needleworkmonday where I've shown some of the work that has helped me the most to meditate and feel at peace with myself and the welcome has been super nice.

I can also tell you that speaking of passions I have met many passionate people in the #openmic dynamics carried out by @cabelindsay, I have taken away my fears by participating in some of them, I am very happy to be part of such a beautiful musical movement. I can say with certainty that I've had a lot of fun along the way, that although sometimes it has cost me, it has not ceased to be a comforting space.

¿Qué es Hive?

Hive se describe literalmente como una red social descentralizada, una plataforma basada en tecnología blockchain (de código abierto) que permite realizar transacciones de forma transparente siendo esto a su vez lo que le da su confiabilidad; En esta red social podemos encontrar distintos tipos de usuarios que mediante a la creación de contenido original pueden ser recompensados a través de Upvotes (likes), dichos usuarios son el espíritu de las comunidades que se han ido formando para hacer mas sencilla la conexión de todos aquellos miembros que comparten los mismos estilos de vida y pasiones, estimulando la interacción entre personas de todas partes del mundo y permitiendo a su vez que cada uno de nosotros pueda acceder a una fuente valiosa información desde nuestros hogares y así conectarnos en vivo con lo que amigos al otro lado del planeta estén viviendo, de esta manera la información que aquí se comparte puede ayudar a cualquier grupos social a generar ingresos mientras contribuye al desarrollo de las nuevas tecnologías blockchain. Aquí hay un espacio para todos, con distintas Dapps para que puedas ganar e invertir en tokens de criptomoneda HIVE, tenemos salas de juegos, espacios para creación y publicación de videos, escritos, arte y demás, un espacio libre de censura donde tu eliges que ver y que compartir.

¿Cómo supe de Hive?

Casualmente hace un par de semanas cumplí mi primer año en #HIVE por lo que también esta es una oportunidad de agradecer al universo por la forma en la que llego a mi esta información. En medio de una cuarentena que había iniciado mi compañero @joseacabrerav que ya me había hablado de la pagina, tuvo la oportunidad de mostrarme como era el mundo de la creación de contenido y en vista de que seguro íbamos a pasar mucho tiempo en casa encerrados, esto se convirtió en una linda forma de mantenernos entretenidos y en constante hacer. Como se me dificulta bastante el uso de la tecnología, redes sociales y demás cosas, el fue la ventana para aprender un poco de las dinámicas que en esta plataforma se llevaban desde el uso de discord, paseándome por las distintas comunidades para encontrar mi area, hasta lo mas relevante para realizar mis post como el uso de html y de buenos tags, además de apoyarme en el camino muchas veces creando contenido.

¿Cuáles eran mis dudas al ingresar a Hive?

Muchas de las dudas que pude tener durante el inicio tenían que ver con el funcionamiento practico de la blockchain que se esta desarrollando, la web 3.0 puede llegar a ser un reto para aquellos que como yo son unos abuelos con la tecnología. Había aprendido a crear contenido, pero no entendía mucho de como se movían las transacciones, ya que era algo que veía pero de lo que no tenia idea. Entre las cosas que me pregunte estaban, ¿Que es HP, HIVE, HBD, tokens? ¿Como hace la gente para darme dinero con un like? ¿Como puedo sacar ese dinero estando aquí en Venezuela? ¿Es sustentable esta pagina? ¿Como puedo ahorrar para yo también poder dar buenos votos? Poco a poco fui dándome cuenta de que la practica y el uso mismo de la plataforma es lo que da el conocimiento para moverte en ella.

La duda mas grande que tenia era ¿Cómo podía saber si lo que estaba haciendo estaba bien? tenia bastantes dudas de si mi contenido seria bien recibido o de si lo estaba haciendo de la mejor forma, por suerte no había nada de que preocuparse y las dudas fueron convirtiéndose en motivación para indagar mas en la pagina, hacer nuevos amigos mientras preguntaba y a su vez creo que me empape tanto de estas pequeñas dudas que comencé a resolverlas muy pronto ayudando a otros amigos a los cuales evidentemente comencé a hablarles mucho de mi nuevo trabajo en internet.

¿Cuál ha sido mi experiencia hasta el momento?

Hasta el momento puedo decir que hive ha sido una aventura para mi, no solo he conectado con muchas personas de distintas partes del mundo además de una comunidad de venezolanos que se mantienen activos y unidos con dinámicas y reuniones por discord en @votovzla, he aprendido muchísimo leyendo, he encontrado un bonito lugar para compartir mis vivencias, historias y saberes. Creo que hive solo se convirtió en el espacio que uso para drenar mi día a día de forma creativa, se convirtió en la búsqueda de aventuras nuevas para escribir, una buena manera de mantenerme ocupada los días que estoy en casa ya que en pandemia mis salidas se redujeron al mínimo.

He aprendido mucho de mi y de mi capacidad de expresión, me divierto mucho realizando cada una de las actividades que me propongo llevar a la pagina, he ayudado a mi comunidad trayendo el mensaje de mis pueblos indígenas, con las mismas ganas de colaborar con ellos me uni a unos amigos llevando una columna de curación para llevar un pedacito de cultura indígena y de amor por la tierra, hice mi propio logo y la imagen de @adiwathrive junto al mejor amigo que me pudo traer el 2020 @aldateacher, y la verdad es que este viaje nunca ha tenido fines lucrativos pero la constancia me ha hecho hacer buenos ahorros, que aunque la moneda este baja por el momento, se que esos $HIVE son exponencialmente valiosos.

Por lo que participando en estos mismos ahorros me he unido a grupos de power up para subir mis votos y hacerlos mas fuertes, me he integrado a comunidades como @naturalmedicine donde comparto casi el 90% de mis publicaciones, he indagado por algunas otras como @abundance.tribe, donde aprendí a hacer mi primer logo diseñando uno para ellos, todavía me emociono cuando veo a la diosa elefanta de la abundancia en los post de la comunidad y de algunos de sus miembros con buen gusto😝 jajajaja; @foodiesbeehive donde comparto con mucha frecuencia mis recetas y gustitos locos por la comida; En @theinkwell me he sumergido en la escritura de ficción y de terror realizando libretos para cortometrajes y solo pasando el rato con una buena chispa de creatividad; Hace poco comencé a unirme al grupo de mujeres cool que tejen en @needleworkmonday donde he mostrado alguno de los trabajos que mas me han ayudado a meditar y sentirme en paz conmigo misma y la bienvenida ha sido super bonita.

También puedo contarles que hablando de pasiones me he encontrado con mucha gente apasionada en las dinámicas del #openmic llevadas a cabo por @cabelindsay, me he quitado los miedos participando en algunos de ellos, me alegra muchísimo poder ser parte de tan bonito movimiento musical. Puedo decir con certeza que me he divertido bastante en el camino, que aunque a veces me ha costado, no ha dejado de ser un espacio reconfortante.
