Con esta publicación retomo mi pasión por la fotografía, siempre he pensado que la belleza esta todos los días allí al abrir los ojos, el hecho de respirar, poder ver salir el sol y disfrutar de cada detalle que la vida nos regala ofrece un amplio panorama de oportunidades que tan solo debemos valorar, aprovechar y agradecer.

Contempla la naturaleza

Poder tener la posibilidad dentro de una ciudad de apreciar un paisaje como este no tiene precio, sin embargo en ocasiones por la premura del día a día, los problemas personales y otros aspectos derivados de lo cotidiano, nos alejan de aprovechar este espectáculo. Tómate unos minutos de tu tiempo y detente a contemplar lo hermoso de la naturaleza que te rodea, si te encuentras ansioso, esta acción puede bajar los niveles de ansiedad, si estas preocupado porque no te surgen las ideas, contemplar la naturaleza, puede brindarte espacios para el nacimiento de ideas renovadas, tan solo requiere un pequeño espacio de tiempo.
