Weekly News Update
Hello Earth Citizens! It’s time for another Solairitas Weekly News Update!
This week was again a bit slow for the project. That is until yesterday! Thanks to @j85063 for picking up nine more SOL!!!! 👍 We have already powered up the Steem. 😀
Voting power continues to remain stable and is consistently above 90%. In fact, it appears that members may have been posting less frequently of late, as VP has been holding in the very high nineties.
It seems that, as the project grows, we will likely be accused of “abusing the reward pool” or otherwise profiting from the use of the blockchain (which appears to be verboten 🚫 in #whalewhimsteem).
As a result, we believe that it will be necessary for us to shift to a manual curation model, which is to say, @solairitas will become a bot that can be called in a comment by token holders to upvote the post author.
The devil is, of course, in the details; and, while we have not yet danced with the devil in the pale moonlight, it is certain that token holders will be able to call the bot on their own posts, should they choose.
The developement and programming of the bot will be done in house and so will present no additional expense to the project.
