I just discovered chamomile
I went to ask for these flowers at the health food store and some looked like they had just been picked and dried.
I have tried everything over the last twenty years, and I have slowly gotten away from sleeping pills. To be honest, I sleep perfectly in the middle of the afternoon - it is the night time sleeping that has always eluded me.
The success I have found is largely due to hot milk, melatonin, CBD oil, tryptophan, and turmeric thus far, but I still have to take a small fragment of Ambien in order to transition to sleep.
I added this little flower to my nightly intake of natural sleep aids - got the dried flowers and made tea with it.
It feels more like a shot of vodka in my system after I drink the tea. This is the strongest natural remedy I have found to date. Feel free to suggest the things that work for you below.
