Cuando compuse esta canción era de esos días que podemos sentirnos sin fuerzas, decaído, enfadado, decepcionado. Esos días donde tienen la impresión que todos están conspirando en tu contra. Pero he logrado que la música sea mi terapia para esos difíciles momentos. La música no podrá cambiar lo que sentimos, pero sí que podrá cambiar nuestro estado de ánimo haciéndonos sentir mejor. Eso hago cada vez que me siento mal. Y he aquí lo que ese día triste logre componer.
When I composed this song, it was one of those days when we can feel weak, depressed, angry, disappointed. Those days where you have the impression that everyone is conspiring against you. But I've managed to make music my therapy for those difficult moments. Music can't change how we feel, but it can change our moods by making us feel better. That's what I do every time I feel bad. And here's what I managed to write on that sad day.
