Gold Hoopdiloop and Red Lips

I've been feeling really MEH for quite some time, mostly just sleeping and watching Netflix or Youtube. I needed to pull myself together and at least try to human for a bit. Red lips and gold hoops do the trick to make one look alive, and in turn to feel alive too.

I actually went out and bought these earrings today because I've been wanting something like this for so long. These are only cheapo sterling silver with gold plating though, so I don't expect them to last for long. I don't believe in buying shitty quality anything, but I purposefully got these for a trial run. If I end up liking them and wanting to wear every day, then I can at some point upgrade to real gold. These in a solid 18k would probably rack up to 200€ so definitely don't wanna buy something like that on a whim.

Stacking lots of gold earrings and necklaces has been very IN for a while and not a trend I'm at all opposed to. Jewellery is so feminine and something I want to invest in more, but I'm very very very picky when it comes to it. I went for years and years not wearing any jewellery because of my work, so it has taken me a while to get used to wearing anything, even though I think one looks way more put together with simple jewellery. I wear jeans and simple tops every day so I want to add a bit of shine to me with jewellery.

By the way, who else loves learning about random things via Youtube? Lately I've been watching videos from cobblers and goldsmiths, soooo fascinating and quite useful actually. When ever I watch skilful people work with their hands, I wanna get in on the action too and make something on my own.
