Issues creating a Raven Coin Wallet

Hello community,

Some one could help me to understand what trouble I have? I am trying to create a Raven coin Wallet, but when I downloaded the application it shows me a Caution message:

So, I am not opening/creating any wallet for now as don't know how to check what is going on.

I will appreciate any help about how to check this issue. How can I check Device Security Compromised in my MacBook? I just close for now.

I have copied the website from Raven coin and this is what it said, it looks like it is kind of spam. So better not to use it.
