December 12, 2020--Practice Blog in the time of the virus

Yesterday was cut short as I needed to drive south and spend the night in Omaha (Boy's Town) to play a funeral this morning. The morning began with some reading over breakfast and cleaning off the car of about an inch of snow before loading my stuff up and going to the church. I miss playing there. I have only played about three services at this point, but the view is amazing from the organ. And the stop list is something to die for. So many different colors. After the funeral, I got on the road and came home. Roads were quite nice, so I listened to Audible book on tape for the ride. Got home and did things around the house until 4. Made dinner and then settled in for a webcast of a show I like at 5. Only dozed off once! And that brings me to now. So--no practice today!
