In the time I spend on Koh Samui Island in Thailand on the Gulf of Thailand, I would say that I must have taken a least 1,500 photos or more from around the island just on sunsets and sunrises and everyday from this one spot on Nathon beach the sunsets were always spectacular never the same of course. I was always excited for that time of the day to see what mother nature was going to dish out. Last time I had such excited feeling was remembering sitting at the dinner table as, a kid waiting to see what mother was going to dish out, whether it was going to be my favorite dish but honestly I never complained because all her dishes were spectacular, just like all the sunsets and sunrises I happen to see on this island.

As you can see these photos taken from the same spot on consecutive days and everyday was just a real pleasure to be witnessing mother nature at her best, so many mixtures of colors been splashed across the sky just like a new oil painting everyday.

That's what I meant, my friend - take my Harley and the tunnel and give me these amazing views for a while. I think we both will be satisfied, at least I will be satisfied for sure 😎😁

Another very nice collection. I actually am training my girlfriend now to help with my blog for some fair compensation. She is gonna be in-charge of photo editing and more. Tomorrow, I hand her off a photos taken from the past couple months here in Koh Phagnan, so I'm getting a bit closer to sharing those sunrise/sunset photos I've been mentioning. But, man, your photos here are spectacular, and the sunset on these islands just keep coming. It's true, everyday they are different even you take photos from the same spot. How long were you in Koh Samui if you don't mind me asking?

Oh man that will be a bit help editing does take time I hope she does a good job for you otherwise no benefits ... hehe 🤣

You are right even from the same spot it chances by the minute. I was in Koh Samui for one month but honestly wasn't long enough. I then when over to Krabi for 3 days that is a place I want to go back and see more of.

For sure. You can never spend enough time in Thailand! I've been here a dozen times in the last 20 years, and now more than 13 months straight since the whole virus thing; and I feel like I am just getting started. I love this country so much. Easily my favorite country in the world. With out a doubt, I'm lucky to be here during these strange times. Yes, Krabi, more specifically the Rily Beach Peninsula, and Ao Nang area are truly amazing. Some of the best beaches in the country there, and the best rock climbing.

You got lucky to be stranded in Thailand it could have been worst and stuck in India where they are dropping of like flies.

Will certainly be seeing a lot more of Krabi and Phuket if all goes well by the end of the year.

For real. Never been to India, and glad I wasn't there at the time. However I was about 48 hrs away from being stuck in Vietnam! That would have sucked, Vietnam is cool to Travel, but I wouldn't want to stay there. Thailand offers so much more in terms of comfort and quality of life. I was watching the news and was lucky to get out to Thailand on one of the last flights before Thailand closed their borders. Yes, that would be great if you can come to Thailand later this year, and enjoy Krabi and Phuket. Any advice or questions on where to go and what you are looking for feel free to ask. By that time I'll be the Thailand Travel Pro! hahahaha
