[덕후의 일상] 휴먼 착즙으로 귤쥬스 만들기!

아직 집에 제주귤이 있는데
엄마가 한박스를 주셔서
귤부자가 되었어요ㅎ

예전에 티비엔에
최지우씨가 제주도에서
카페를 하는 예능에,

귤밭에서 딴 귤을 까서
바로 착즙하는걸 볼때마다

저도 착즙해서
마시고 싶었었는데요ㅎ

급 생각나서

집에 휴롬같은
착즙하는 기계는 없고,
(믹서기로는 노노!)

오렌지나 레몬을 반으로 잘라
손으로 눌러

즙을 짜는게 생각나서
귤도 되려나?
한번 시도 해봤어요.

귤을 흐르는 물에 씻고,

깨끗한 귤과

수제 착즙기 준비완료~

칼로 반을 자르고,

꾹 눌렀더니 찢!

으음? 되긴 되는데
껍질이 찢어져버려서 힘들었어요.

귤을 여러개 짜고선
작은컵에 따라보니 반컵이 쬐끔넘네요.

노동에 비해 에휴~~

남치니는 맛있다고 좋아하네요.

저는 힘들어서
그냥 귤을 까먹었습니다. ㅋㅋ

앞으로도 귤은 그냥 까먹으려구요~^^
