[ScreenShot Saturday] My Gaming Updates (Apr 11)
For game developers #ScreenshotSaturday is a weekly event where they post screenshots of their WIP games. I'm a gamer so I'm doing a series of posts where I post my weekly gaming adventure!
Hi guys! This is my first #ScreenshotSaturday since the STEEM/Hive split and it's been more than a month since the outbreak of COVID-19! Well, I didn't have much to talk about at that time period and I was pretty busy outside the internet so, here I am again!
In the recent 2 weeeks, I've been watching Lets Plays more than actually playing games. Well, I did play games on Emulator but since I don't own them I want to avoid talking about those.
For the most part though, I've been in Persona craze, I did finish Persona 5 more than a year ago and I'm currently watching: Ifrit's Let's Play of Persona 5 Royale. I'm amazed on how much it improved over the original~
Persona 5 Royal
Persona 5 is an RPG with life simulator elements and it's a part of the Shim Megamin Tensei series. The game is split into the dungeon parts with battles and the school life parts with social interactions and dating simulation.
The story follows the phantom thieves, a bunch of teenagers with a power to enter the Metaverse, a world where people's "distorted desires" have materialized. By stealing these distorted desires they can change the heart of evil people so that they become "good" and atone for their sins.
The Phantom Thieves target increasingly bigger names who are above the law and make them confess and in the process they learn more about their power and how to use it for good.
Persona 5 Royal is a enhanced version of the game for PS4 with overhauled gameplay (I'm surprised by how good the changes are,) and additional story parts including new playable character and a third semester in the school!
Since I already finished the original, I decided to watch a Lets Play for Royal instead and went for Ifrit's. The screenshots below are from his LP:

Guns reload every time you battle in this! This is one of the most game changing improvements despite how simple it is.

I hope to be able to write more frequently on Hive. This is my second post since the split of the blockchain but I'm busier than before and don't have access to the internet all the time (I download the LP when I have the access, and watch it when I go offline.)
