God's Presence

Exodus 33:15-16; Then he said to him, “If your presence does not go with us, do not bring us up from here. For how then will it be known that your people and I have found grace in your sight, except you go with us? So we shall be separate, you people and I, from all the people who are upon the face of the earth”.

It is said that if one want to move faster he ought to go alone however if they intend to go farther then the presence of another will do him good. The presence of others or beings is very powerful and crucial and does a lot of good to people, in the same vain the having the presence of God with you comes along with lots of blessings and grace that opens doors that otherwise would have remained closed. Imagine travelling with the president of your country, you would not be asked questions when you have to enter an executive VVIP place because the person you are with is VVIP and as such things that otherwise you would not have received would be given to you without question.

The grace and presence of God is crucial to our very survival, we need it to break barriers, we need it to make great things happen, we need it sail through life successfully. Today my recommendation and admonition to all parishioners is to strive for the presence of God for it is changes lives and destinies and make all better. Have a great day.
