Putin offers to sell S-400 to Saudi but actually only Israeli air defenses are proven against drones

Putin generated laughter by offering to sell Saudi Arabia the S-300 & S-400 air defense systems, given that it has sold S-300 to Iran.

But while Putin is correct that US air defense systems are not effective against drones, there is no proof that Russian systems are either.

Israel has the only air defense systems that have proven themselves against the sort of drone attacks that Iran launched against Saudi oil facilities.

Indeed Iran has tried similar attacks against Israel many times and has always failed. Israel has also smashed Iran’s drone launching infrastructure & personnel time and time again. Only yesterday we took out 10 Iranian proxies and their stuff in Iraq. Last week we took out 26!

Clearly Israel has the right strategy and equipment to stop Iran’s drone attacks.
Saudi should look at buying Israeli tech.

I’m not sure we should sell it to them though.
