Picked Up (Almost) Where I Left Off

Started from the bottom now I'm here.
From 0 to 200 real quick.
From depressed to high on life.

After a month and a half of no running watsoever I decided to hit the winter trails and give myself a chance. No expectations. 1:40 on the chrono. A runbrina never does things halfway. Go hard or go home. Felt so happy I could have died right then and there. Legs were A1. Breathing was A1. Pace was -1 but hey you can't have it all right? #HorsePowerDownloading...

I never thought in a million years that my body would have allowed me to run for an hour and a half after such a long break. This was the only ray of light I needed in these difficult times! I can't wait for spring to come! All of these deadly hiit home workouts must have paid off. Words aren't enough to express how infinitely grateful I feel right now for my body to have allowed me to do what I love the most in the world. If I could have this just once a week I'd be the happiest in the world. Going without my passion for that long was awfully hard to say the least.
