Running Friday

After a long week of working it is Friday. What better than starting with a running training?! I decided to run to and from the training (I usually take the bike) so that meant 8 kilometers extra.

The training itself was okay. A bit of running but mostly other exercises (jumping and core stability). A good training but not one that can really be tracked all that well. At least Polar has some heart beat information:
