Is Steemit Facing A Potential Big Scam In Progress?
OKaaaay people look at your new reward pool abusers. Wow, just wow. These girls come to us via APPIC, in a post today they weren't suppose to make money off Steemit....which some didn't believe, like me for instance. But believe it or not this girl (which I really think is just an automated hi-tech sex doll. (As a blogger you get around and you see some stuff...and it's highly probable) has already made over sixteen bucks on Steemit, eight dollars and twenty four cents for posting just this picture of herself...

There's more, as a matter of fact there's even more being created and onboarded as I type this if you go look at the soldier account. When Steemit wanted to onboard the masses for some reason I don't think this is what they intended. Even if I gave the benefit of the doubt and thought this was legit this still isn't the type of material I think those in charge were hoping for. Personally I take this announcement today mixed with seeing a comment that someone said the Koreans bought in heavy on Steem that raised the price a bit that there's something not right in Denmark here. I am not beyond an apology if wrong but this doesn't seem on the out and out.

Years of blogging and seeing it all. There isn't much people don't post for entertainment. I don't even think I'd thought of them as possibly fake until some photos seemed staged then it hit me about past post on blog sites about hi tech sex dolls. I am not saying it's an absolute but regardless it just doesn't appear right.

You really never can quite come to admit that there's a possibility you were wrong about something and someone else could be right. There's a serious concern here, a potential to take hundreds out of your pocket...it isn't going to effect me like you. I have from the beginning realized there's no path forward in making in riches here for me unless I want to invest hundreds, maybe a couple thousand dollars. I have opted not to do that so there's nothing for me to be bitter about.

Stop embarrassing yourself further, it's unbecoming of you. Self centered a bit also. This isn't someone of reputable means like you upgrading someone's reputation score and you know it. If this person doing this manages to onboard hundreds of these "whatevers" in the end the overall loss to you would be in the hundreds regardless if it's a shared pool. A stitch in time saves nine....a whole lot of resources saved to fight other abuse.
lols, embarrassing myself? You should read about how reputation works (it is useless) then have a look at who has upvoted them and then calculate their stake, their reputation and the percentage and weighting used to see what kinds of effects it would have on the reputation number.
Go and spend some time on the hole that is Instagram and you will see how these accounts work, do some research into how they fund their travels, who pays (often their parents) and the crap they do to try and be Instafamous.
If they bring some of their followers and populate Appics to the point that it is 5% of Instagram, good luck to them as that would be highly valuable. Just because you don't like their content, doesn't mean others won't. Whether it gets rewarded is up to those with stake.

I think I suddenly understand why some of you are not happy with the Appics models. I just had a look at your account now and you write really long, well written stuff, but you hardly get any attention/reward for them.

I knew appics exists from 2016 or 2017, I haven't used it because firstly, I'm not a fan of instagram influencer kind of stuff, secondly I can't get it installed on my phone from their website. I wonder how they got those influencers onborad but it doesn't make much sense to claim they fake the accounts just for a few dollar worth steem i guess? But yea again, I'm no fan of the concept that instagram like content gets too much monetised.
The thing is in the long haul it wasn't meant to be for a few dollars worth of steem. Whoever is behind it if they added what they termed "masses" those view dollars would add up to quite a bit of steem in the end, thousands as a matter of fact.
Did you look at this video? It's quite obvious this is a robot, look at her elbows, also notice her eyes never move. If you looked at all the girls you'll also notice other things like in two of the pics/videos produced you'll notice the exact same gap located in two different girls teeth in the exact same place....what's the chance that would happen? It's either the same dolls using different hair/makeup or a manufacture defect/flaw/design.
