Today I would like to look at Matthew 10 verse 38 to 39
38)Whoever does not take up their cross and follow me is not worthy of me.
39)Whoever finds their life will lose it, and whoever loses their life for my sake will find it.
If we want to take up our cross and follow Jesus with all our hearts, we must shake of this life's priorities and concerns, we must be totally dedicated to Jesus.
If we keep on holding onto this life, we will forfeit eternal life. When we abandon this life's issues, we are free to follow Jesus.
