Italian cuisine - Spaghetti bolognese on the table - In my way a recipe
Italian cuisine is very familiar to everyone and everyone is happy to use it, especially those who love pasta.
It's necessary :
Oil
Onion
Minced meat
Tomato sauce
Pickled carrots
Oregano and spices as desired
Add the onion to the hot oil, steaming it slowly.
When the onions seem soft, add the meat.
When the meat changes color, add the carrots.
Then add some oregano to taste and other spices that suit you.
Add plenty of tomato sauce and cook over low heat.
While the bolognese is cooking gently, cook the paste during this time.
Put water in a pan, season with salt. When the water boils, add the pasta and cook for 6 to 8 minutes.
The pasta should by no means be heavily cooked but al dente.
When the pasta is done and the sauce is done, serve warm.
