Ingredients


  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • ⅔ cup brown sugar
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract or a pinch of vanillin
  • 1 tablespoon of flax seeds
  • 1 large egg at room temperature
  • ½ cup chopped dark chocolate
  • ⅓ cup coarse oatmeal
  • a pinch of salt

Cooking



Combine peanut butter, sugar, salt, baking powder in a bowl and mix until smooth. Then add the seeds, vanilla extract, egg and mix again. Final touch: add oatmeal and chocolate chips, place on a baking sheet with a layer of 2–2.5 cm and bake at 170 ° C for 20 minutes.
