Sumptuous Deep Fried Crab

Crab is one of my favorite sea-food.
Usually, when I order crab in a restaurant, I often like them steamed.
But this restaurant does it differently.
It actually put the crab in deep-fried oil.
- these are small crabs
- every bite is very crunchy
- look at how crisp they look
And here's the thing: You can eat the legs and shell too.
Isn't this something?
You can't imagine eating crab shells because they are so hard and for sure, you will lose your teeth.
This is why they use small crabs to do these deep frying because the shells are softer.
You can eat them like potato chips!

Fried crab with a very delicious taste for you, ... in our place in Aceh, people often put crab along with other snacks, noodles or noodles in package that have a better taste.
So that the combination of the two with the addition of a little seasoning will be very unusual
Yeah, I have seen some of those tiny crabs in snack packages in other areas like Singapore and Malaysia. You are right, even that taste delicious, not to mention having a whole big plate right in front of you.
