Sourdough Baking- A Spelt-Wheat Bread From Very Wet Dough

Typically I'm making bread in a very similar way. Sourdough, water, wheat and maybe some other flour, salt, olive oil and bake it. The bread is getting better all the time, but it's kind of boring for posts.
Today I'm posting about a bit different kind of bread!

Can you guess the bread making lesson @apsu learned from making this new adaption of sourdough bread? I never would have figured it out. Read to the end of the post to learn what it was.

I almost can’t stop drawing. It is really fun to draw on Procreate.
I used to draw little creatures with crayons for my daughters when they were young.
With Procreate, I might be able to turn them into art
