Splash!!
Been a while since I've joined @qurator's Photo Quest! This week's theme, Splash, brings good memories, so time to share some photos!
Those good memories are from my favourite kind of splashes: water splashes! Especially, the ones in a beautiful beach.
The weather is getting better, and I hope to have a chance to revisit these soon!
I am missing a few days away from crowds, away from the generalized panic about the pandemic, and just lying on the sand listening to the waves.
And while I can't escape the crowds, I'll join them from time to time! Last week had the chance to do something I hadn't done in months! More splashes for me...
Together with a few wipeouts! That's what I get for trying to learn to surf properly 20 years too late! It wasn't me in the photo, but judging by their positions, I'm more or less at that level: newbies! :)
Another kind of water splashes I love, are the ones from waterfalls. And the bigger, the better!
Can't remember the name of this one, but we can find it in Iceland's south shore; it probably has a weird name. 😅
And do you know who probably enjoys water splashes as much as me? This guy!
Oh well, he kind of has to, given the amount of time he spends wet!
