The Reason Why Humans Sometimes Still Shows Ineptitude While Communicating; Is Education The Only Solution?

Communication is a basic problem and not really language, the reason is because we humans always find a definitive way tobreak the barriers of language by well looking for something universal, but you see the fact that people can break the barrier of language doesn't really mean they can overcome the complexity of communication and this is really problematic especially In an heterogeneous society where educational background are different, upbringing, skills in human relativity, societal and anti societal behavior and a whole lot of difference that comes in diversity with the human anatomy. Sometimes people read ambiguity in communication and instead of them to seek clarity they act based on their perception rather than what the other party is trying to communicate.

In essence there's often a break in transmission especially when the sender of a message seems ambiguous, however in my opinion I feel that the communication process isn't really a job for the sender of the message. Sometimes the receiver of the message needs to be in the right frame of mind in other to really decode a message even if the sender isn't really being inch perfect with the way he's communicating. In essence, we lose interest in the beauty of communication when there's misunderstanding and probably bad blood and that is why in journalism it's said that ambiguity is a taboo, but for people who are not trained in the act of communication how do they realise knowingly that they're being ambiguous? Is there a way to get past this? I'm truth people are of course inept when it comes to communication especially with the right things to say at the right or wrong moments and that's why I think people can't totally understand communication because it's deep and you need experience and learning to do so.

I was asking a person a particular question earlier today, I was expecting a positive response because I was polite in my method of communication and even if the person in question wasn't in the right frame of mind I felt the way I reached out should have made her change her manner of approach but surprisingly she was rude and when I look at her level of understanding and communicating that's when I realised that communication is only possible when the parties involved are ready to absolutely give and receive. The fact that she was rude despite my approach has broken the chain of a potential or prospective or futuristic relationship and this might be to her own or my own detriment but only I understand this and it's thoroughly painful to see people falter when it comes to something so essential as communication.

In totality we can't conquer the barrier of communication and the reason why this is so is because communication is a process and it's ever expanding and so are people depreciating in the act of communicating, without a doubt the wars of the yester decades was due to breakdowns In communication and when we go to smaller units like family and marriage we see a whole lot of divorce, suicide and cheating and in some cases people don't know that communicating could reduce their inklings boost their morale and of course create a lasting impression through which friendship, formal Union or others can basically function. Sometimes when people get things like pride it kills their ability to communicate properly and needless to say it's important we learn to pass a message with a clear mind because when the reverse is the case it makes you open up to miscommunicating and it's very dangerous when we exhibit behavior that are supposedly wrong in communicating. That said, communication is a process and it's really continuous that's why we need to learn with every step we take so that education would be the only way we have to learn in other to communicate.
