You ever noticed there are a few things we all do?
'Can you give me an example?'
Yeap. Flinching.
You ever had that moment when your friend was pretending like they were going to hit you & you flinched?
Or what about that time when you're sleeping & you feel like you're about to fall off something.
So you get startled & suddenly wake up.
Yep, it has happened to you as well, hasn't it...
Well, I never knew what intuition really was.
Your boy was a logical fellow growing up.
I needed rational, logic & facts for me to make up my mind.
Everything else was biased or not worth my time.
Nowadays, things have changed.
Nowadays, I am more intuitive.
'What changed?'
Experience.
When you're learning something, you need logic.
Logic is what helps you learn the fundamentals.
When you are learning the fundamentals, being a little robotic is fine.
It's a pattern that you're ingraining.
But once you get the fundamentals, then you can create your own rules.
- Example: Driving.
We all learned driving in a very similar way.
Pretty sure it was in a quiet location or park, where we got acclimated with the steering wheel, accelerator, brakes, and all that. The fundamentals.
But nowadays, we all have our own unique brand of driving.
Some are fast drivers, some slow, some follow the speed limit to the tee & some get road rage like they are paid for it.
Ultimately, you learn the rules & then you bend them.
That's going from logical to creative transformation.
Like an artist who learns how to mix colors and how to sketch before they begin creating anything that comes to their mind.
You really need to go through 1 major creative transformation for your paradigm to shift.
That's when you begin viewing life differently.
Nowadays, we dissect first and skip the beauty.
Always looking for flaws, what ifs & loopholes.
But that's the wrong mindset for intuition.
You need to see the beauty first and then dissect when needed.
At the end of the day, logic to intuition is a spectrum.
It's not one or the other.
You shouldn't JUST be logical or JUST be intuitive.
Instead, it's more of a balancing act.
And it takes intuition to know when you need to listen to your intuition.
If you're someone who is too logical, take baby steps.
Just analyze your body & curiosities more.
Gut instinct is primal for the body.
Curiosity is primal for the mind.
Give yourself some freedom to explore those 2 elements.
The more you explore it, the more you see what I mean about intuition.
Many times, I feel as though we were born with the answers within.
And it just takes the right questions to connect the dots.
I have no proof of this.
But then again...
That may be my intuition talking...
