Panic

Everyone is scared. everyone says to stay at home. Or run to the store and buy all you can see - because, because, because, soon, there will be nothing to buy. It is the self-fulfilling prophecy. If enough people panic and buy, the stores will be empty. That will bring news reports about empty shelves. More panic. More people buying whatever is left. It is so nice to have a big garden. To know that weeds are delicious and nutritious. to know, there is always something to eat to be found. That is a good thing to know. that said, it is good to be prepared. good to know that things can change at any moment. And the only thing that is consistent is that change happens all the time. We change. Every minute, we get older :) Yes, we do. Do we panic every minute? some people do and most people don't. They might panic when they look in the mirror right after seeing a picture of themselves that was taken 20 years ago. What happened? Yup. Most people have that reaction. I think I am like most people - just saying. It is so easy to forget how changes creep up on us and one day - it seems it was a big thing, a big change. but really, every day we might have ignored a little pain here and a little slower move there - and suddenly, the back hurts every day. Or something else...

5 minutes are up and I better do some Yoga. My back is hurting for sure!

Isn't that the truth! We had to known Coronavirus patience and now I was told that the local stores are out of toilet paper! That's on the other side of the state so everyone's preparing by stocking up. I guess it's time to look at leaves LOL! I know what you mean every time my body is sore with the damp weather in fall and spring. I remember the days when I can move freely and walked or road bikes for hours. It's great that you are a homesteader and can get most of your produce and even some of your meat?

@mariannewest This Virus concerns me but I am far from panic mode. I hear you about the garden, it is nice to know you have food growing in the ground.

Exquisite reading, I really like the way you write, sometimes I read a sentence about change and I always apply it to my day to day and it has worked for me, it says:
"No one bathes in the river twice because everything changes in the river and in the one he bathes in."
HERACLITUS OF EPHESUS
Greetings and blessings dear friend @mariannewest
