PowerHouseCreatives Contest | Eye Spy With My Little Eye Something BRIGHT !!

This is my submission for this week's #powerhousecreatives contest. And the theme for this week is Eye Spy With My Little Eye Something BRIGHT.

Looking at all the photos that I have in my gallery, it's always been me behind the camera or others taking on behalf. There's so much to share from each photo; emotion, memory and action. Instead of sharing like what most people would about the sunrise or rising above the clouds; I thought I would do a bit of a twist to this week's contest.

Every time and everywhere we are looking for the LIGHT; the brightness that shines down ever so dimly. Because we yearn for it, or that from young, we're taught to look for it. We would FIGHT, RUN or in some instances, challenge ourselves just to find this LIGHT. Wasn't that the action of Isabella Swan in Twilight : New Moon. She yearned to see Edward Cullen and the only way to do was to act in impulse which causes danger. He was her BRIGHT LIGHT! As a matter of speaking, Edward Cullen did glow like diamonds when standing in the light of the sun.

As such, when we do see a glimpse of the LIGHT; however we may define it to be, we would FLY towards it with our arms open wide. That's how we welcome them into our hearts because we know we're finally home. It's a natural self chemically induced emotion that only each individual would understand.

Remember now, your BRIGHT LIGHT is different from the person next to you. To you, it may be the sight of the sunrise or sunset, while for a mother, it would be the first sight of her newborn baby or for a bride-to-be, it would be her fiancee standing at the church altar.

For me, my BRIGHT LIGHT is my family in which I'm waiting to go home to for the upcoming Chinese Lunar festival in 10 days time. So, this is a photo of me, flying in the air, all blood rushing with happiness to be in the arms of my loved ones.

And a bright lite you are, too! I'm sure getting home with your family is going to be awesome. :)

Thanks @wwwiebe..
I'm indeed patiently waiting for the countdown to going home.
My family is the LIGHT that is holding me strong in this foreign country.
Without them, it's only darkness all around me

Are you flying through the jungle in Vietnam in that photo? I'll bet you and your family all can't wait until you see each other again - now in just NINE days! :) Definitely a bright time for all of you!
