Hers and his - just for a change šŸ˜‰

Another hers and his. Herbs and leeks with three cheeses baked into a timbale. Served with roast vegetables: potato (for him), cauliflower, carrot and red pepper.

I think I have perfected the recipe and will probably make it once more before sharing: just to be sure.

The roasted vegetables look pretty lovely! Warmer than the normal ones and look a little more appealing to eat :)

I am a great fan of roasted vegetables. Sometimes roasting really creates depth of flavour.

Looks divine! I can almost smell it from here :)

I never have been one for garnishing. It does add some nice texture for the eyes to enjoy.
