What Is The Menu Today?
Welcome to Chance's Restaurant.
Today in the menu we have African food.
Fish (Thomson) with his vegetables

INGREDIENTS / RECIPE
1 fish (especially dorade or something like that)
I have used the Thomson.
2 Plantain
2 Oignons
2 Garlics
3 Fresh mushrooms
1 Fresh tomato
1 Leek
1 Zucchini
1 Carrot
1 Atieke (manioc)
1 Kwanga (manioc)
Spices
Salt
Fish spices
Maggi cube
Cummin
Paprika
Nutmeg
PROCESS
In a small bowl, cut the tomato and a diced onion. Add a pinch of salt and basil. Mix it and put it in the fridge.
Clean the leek well and cut it in half.
Cut the onion and garlic into strips and sauté in a saucepan. Add the leek, the zucchini, the carott and your spices. For my part it is pepper, salt, cummin, paprika, nutmeg...
Cook it until cooked through.
Pour the oil bottle into a pan and heat it. When the oil is boiling, gently place the fish and the two plantains.
Fry over high heat and turn everything once so that it embers well.
During this time you can open the Kwanga and heat it in the microwave.
I only cut some pieces and let the rest refresh.
Atieke, the same in a dish and in the microwave for 5 min. It must be like Polenta. So do not hesitate to add some extract water.
When your fish is cooked and your bananas have this color, take out and drain.
Put everything on a plate and in the middle the mushrooms.
Here is the final result. Obviously do not forget the accompaniments.
In a small bowl add your dose of chili and voila!
Your meal is served.
