Breakfast Time: Toast with Guacamole and Poached Egg
Try something new for breakfast, why not? So this time I tried to combine the guacamole with toast and poached egg.
If the avocado is usually baked with bread or fried with eggs at the same time, but this time I actually use an avocado that has made Guacamole.
That's because the previous day I had made guacamole, so then I decided to eat guacamole for a breakfast variation.

Then I put guacamole on toast followed by poached egg.
For poached egg making, if you want the texture to be half-cooked, then set the egg cooking time to 3 minutes.
Important tips, use enough vinegar to form a white egg that does not break.
Also, before the eggs are put into boiling water, first break the eggs into a container to make sure they have a good shape.

I like the result and the texture of the egg is half cooked makes me happy to enjoy this breakfast.
