I guess I "might" get involved with politics again. lol

I also might be getting a roommate tonight.

For the 50th Time, I'm gaining even more Faith in Steemit...

I guess I will probably start a community when the feature rolls out.

I think there were better options to deal with abusive downvoting but oh well.

I was impressed with Evansville.

Is that a BBQ&BEER niche Steem site?

If so what's the url?

I guess though if you don't have the steem power to build a community of your own, meaning self sustainability, you will have to lease or buy steem to enable your community to have enough RC's to engage with each other....so in other words if low prices aren't getting people to buy you find a way to do it by force of hand.

RC pools (or whatever its being called) are just another step in the wrong direction. The feature helps those with multi accounts and will be ripe with abuse.

I haven't paid much attention to the politic side of things around here other then the hard to miss New Steem movement.

Communities, not RC pools, remember that! Damn it! Communities is a much softer, gentler way to being ripped off...so soft and gentle you may not even notice or it may even go over your head. You can even set up your community (or it sounds like you can do it that way) as a form of protectionism, you'll never have to worry about being flagged if you are a member of the APPIC AP....but, wait for it....that protection comes with a price, as how APPIC works is the steem is funneled to them and they give you a "cut", at least that how they operate now. Don't worry though you'll still earn an APX token, which when I looked about a month ago was worth absolutely zilch on Steem-engine....APPIC was a failed ap on Dan's blockchain he formed after leaving Steemit. They were suppose to be the blockchain's answer to Instagram...now they are on here raking in rewards by posting pics as simple as some woman posing with a Hi by her name, some making as high as five bucks for that effortless effort. One just has to look at the Soldier account to see how they are raking the rewards pool one picture at a time...lol.

Things like this....and remember in the article it stated something along the lines don't brother crying over it as it's the way it's going to be...is what ultimately will sink the platform to it's demise.

I just seen this last comment on that post...for some reason I can't reply on that post as I see no Reply Edit Delete like you normally see.

The question of what STEEM token should become was heavily debated during SF. Some, including myself, think that removing the author/curation rewards from STEEM for it to become a token to hold for RCs would be a good idea. Some are against the idea. Truth is we can't possibly guess how it would unfold.

If that is the case that they will remove value from steem those RC credits or steem tokens had better still maintain their value for those who have accumulated steem prior to implementation of a no value other than RC, otherwise Steemit could be facing lawsuits up the max and they would have to pay each individual by court order the worth of the steem prior to devaluation of it. They should think long and hard about that, it's case like these the Fed chairman has declared that crypto's have value and when people lose that value they can sue.
