It's dark and so cold

The nugget feeling is here

Nobody knows what tomorrow holds

The thunderstorms

The silent whispers heard

The scream echoing from a distance far away

The wind blowing

And the soft air touching the skin

The quietness of the birds

The rickets and rodents are gone asleep

For they were not heard this night

And it's weird

For it's a weird night

No one knows who will see tomorrow?

No one knows who will make it?

No one knows if anyone will?

But people are scared

They can't make a step

What they only do is to hold on

Hands were only held together in a uniform

Everyone grips with fear

And the heart griefs

The lips can't speak

Because words may bring the terror

But the heart speaks

Trying to make amends

The heartbeats to the word sorry

The word everyone feels too big to say

But the terror is here

And everyone wants to make amends

Peace is wanted

Before it's dawn

For no one knows who will make it

Or if anyone will make it

Before the clock crows

Before the light shines and swallows the darkness

Before it's dawn
