HAWK
When you came,
A smile was seen on our face.
You’re the sweetest
That I want to embrace.
With an ironic name,
You ran when called.
When I’m in a red flame,
Still, a sweet gesture was shown.
You run wild when I’m seen.
Approaching while dancing.
But it was put to an end,
For the light turns to black.
Then you leave while I was away.
Shattered, I must say!
For I love you so deeply--
Have a rest now my baby.
Oooh that ears!
I'm sharing to you again guys the poem I wrote for my sweet boy, Hawk. I named him after Hawk in Nanatsu no Taizai. Hawk is the pig in the anime and my hawk loves to eat. He dances and wiggles when he sees me like his butt touches his head and I would sing, "Wiggle wiggle.. wiggle wiggle."
But my sweet boy had a distemper. He died while I was away and all I could do was to cry my heart out. I blamed myself because I couldn't afford a vaccination when he was still a pup since I have four of them at that time. And, they were all given by a different person, simultaneously.
It has already been years ago but I still miss him and love him so much. My other furbabies keep me sane every time their one of their siblings died. I know he is now running free in the rainbow bridge.
