I didn't go far today,
in the AC I did stay.

When I did step out,
this flower did shout,

the heat may make you frown,
but, please don't be down.

be grateful for AC,
and that you saw me!

With a smile on my face,
I quickened my pace.

Once in the front door,
I was grateful to the core,

for the cold air that blew,
and in the instant I knew,

I was up to the feat,
the heat I would beat,

by changing my attitude,
to one of gratitude!

For some reasons mother nature is in our favor down here, it is cold all the way. Nice count.

Thank you, Mother Nature just came to our rescue in the form of a rainstorm. I was out early today and it was in the 90's the rain dropped the temperature to the 70's.
