Who makes their own pizzas when hangover after having been out until 4am? We do! Well I did, with some moral support and words of encouragement.

I did plan to make pizza on the weekend and made the dough on Thursday evening already. I find the dough to be at its best after it has rested for three days. I did not plan on going out hardcore though, I think the last time I went outout was probably two years ago, and that’s not even because of the fake pandemic.

It’s been the best weekend and it’s not even over yet. Today’s plan is to just chill, nap and have an early sauna.

We made pizza, too, the other day (sans hangover though), but this puts ours to shame :)) Big time. I mean, I know you're outta the chef business, what with it being stressful and all, but I'd totally eat at your restaurant. Just sayin'.

PS: Coffee always helps me work it off ;)

The trick is making the dough a few days ahead, 24 hours minimun, and a pizza stone! Both cheap and easy solutions for great pizza.

Ah, that's probably it. I can't be arsed to think ahead, honestly. I'll usually say I want pizza. Like now. And haphazardly throw something together in the next 20 minutes or so.

Pizza and more wine will always fix a hangover. :-)

I'm going to try letting my dough rest for 3 days ... just to see if I notice a difference. :-). Do you use high temp (00) flour for your dough?

00 flours yes. You are gonna be so pleasantly surprised when you notice how easy the dough is to work with after it has rested and how much more flavour it has.
