Yamnaska Mountain in Kananaskis, Canada 📷
This is a great shoulder season hike if you want some exposure, altitude and epic climbing walls.
From the end, you can see the huge 200m wall, which is why it is so popular with climbers. Lots of long many pitch routes on decent rock. My approach is the far right to get up on this thing from the end.
The tree'd approach suddenly pops out the immense bowl behind the mountain. A place I'd like to explore more sometime.
Upper skree slopes to exit from the summit are worth the hike alone. The brown terrain mid photo is MUCH larger than it looks and is a great skree run on the way down to make a loop around the summit block.
Looking west to loader peak, another great hike I've enjoyed a number of times.
This is one of my favorite spots, as you walk to the front, you get about a 500m beautiful skree slope you can run down. I love good skree!

@unipsycho,
Honestly it's pretty amazing to see a mountain cliff without green and fully rocky solid :O
Cheers~
