Sumer heat is here, and the flowers are loving it!
Sometimes, it pays to slow down, and look down! There is great beauty that we often hurry past...and miss a small blessing.
Forget me nots caught my attention.
Then these stunning little beauties wanted their picture taken. I admit ignorance of what they are, but I enjoyed them nonetheless.
The purple of these Petunias drew me next. I even showed the owner, a picture of a real Petunia:
Which she enjoyed!
This pretty purple flowering plant is called Mexican Heather.
No flowers on this one, but the leaves are impressive!
Micro wild roses smelled wonderful!
The color on this Daisy was attractive!
These Daisies contrasted nicely.
This tuberous begonia was very bright yellow!
Varagated Petunias really stood out in red and white.
Chives in full bloom.
This purple cone flower is Echinacia, a really important herbal!
This flowering plant, is called the spike plant.
This one is supposed to be a miniature holly hock.
Another Petunia with deep purple color.
This pretty yellow flower reminded me of sweet clover, but I don't know what it's name really is.
This one looks like a weed, but it is Hyssop; an herbal used for a purgative.
And last, but not least; is Marsh Mallow. Not the confection, but the herbal that helps the body's mucus membranes.
So, look down, and slow down; and claim a beautiful reward!
Stay blessed.
