Fall Colors? But It's Still Summer!
I got out for a hike yesterday with my son and my dog, to Sagehen Creek. It was his last day here in Truckee, California before he had to take off this morning to his third year of film school. The hike was enjoyable but I was a bit surprised to see fall colors out there. Then again, I'm always surprised by the early fall colors.
College is going to be interesting and a bit different this year for him with all the changes to life. I wish him the best of luck!

Summer went past so fast. I wish we had more time to enjoy summer.
It sure did, not enough outdoor time this year for me...
Kane is all moved in and it sounds like things aren't too crazy on campus so hopefully it will be an enjoyable year for him. Cheers!

Haha! Yup, I loved that shot too because of the pup. I'd happily send you some summer, it's been crazy hot here.

I've been quiet lately, but things are improving. I'm addicted to photography now, especially product photography - now I can understand all the terms and weird words I used to hear on your tutorials from 2 years ago \o\

Wow on the early autumn colors, been warm here too but
