Architectural Photography 📸 "Entrance Way To The Fort Of Jhansi"

The battle of Jhansi is well known in the history of India. It was fought between Queen of Jhansi, Rani Lakshmibai and Britishers. After the death of King of Jhansi, Gangadhar Rao, his adopted child was declared the owner of the empire. As he was a kid so Queen of Jhansi took the reign in her hand but the British did not took the child as the king of the Jhansi and wanted to take the fort under their control. But the queen of Jhansi could not let this happen and the revolt happened. The fort was originally build in the 16th century and have been ruled by many dynasties. It is spread in 15 acres. It is still in a very good condition. It has 10 access gates all over the fort. It is built on a hilltop in the district of Jhansi, Uttar pradesh. In this post I have just shared the entrance way to this fort. I will be sharing more pictures in my future posts.
