This week is going to be hard for me, because I like to wear black, but I rarely photograph dark things ;)

mmm.... take a white shot and invert it to negative! will get it a pitch dark :P

I fear wild animals like bears and wolfes and I fear dark caves and tunnels ... there are no black bears nor wolfes here ;)

No, no wild animals, but a long and very dark tunnel to walk through - I hate it, but it's the best idea I have had for this theme. I still have one night to sleep over it and think of something else though ;) lol

I don't drink !BEER anymore and never have had hot drinks myself,which some may say is !DERANGED but I do share !COFFEEA` now I must pop to the !MARLIANS !shop soon to pick up odds and ends

I have just seen your cool black post and now it's my turn to think of another idea, because the one I had didn't work, although I tried, but ...

It was too early in the morning when I arrived there and so it was rather dark outside and completely dark inside the tunnel (no lights) - no way that I would go in there alone. You don't need to ask me if I am a man or a mouse, because I am a mouse, although a mouse might not have had a problem going in this black hole, I think ;) lol

I have found a photo of a full moon on black sky - maybe I'll just take that if I cannot find anything else ;)

I might be a bit !DERANGED but not only I have a !BEER for you today, but also a !COFFEEA which I have bought at the !MARLIANS !shop 😉

I still havent go around to adding a light to my camera bag I may just head to an online shop and order one today

Yes, a light is always handy.
I also have a head torch when I am planning to hike in the dark, but I only have needed a few times yet.

I like mine, because you can see so much at night - I did not know that such a thing makes such a good and bright light. I have had no problem hiking in the dark on paths where I haven't been before.

I have to agree - maybe the lights in the underground go out one day and you are the only one with a light ;)

Makes me think of my time inthe field, I always had a few things on my belt, a Gerber Multitool, a Knife, a Flashlight I got so used ot them I carried them everywhere even on vacation, till carrying knifes onto planes became something you couldn't do

I may not be !DERANGED but I share deranged tokens, similarly I don't drink !BEER anymore

Good morning JJ,

in my backpack there's always a big Leatherman and a Flashlight. The head torch is in my hiking backpack.
A machete or a nailfile are as dangerous as nail clippers when you want to fly somewhere. This is, why I prefer wooden toothpicks over plastic ones ;)

A !BEER has to be cold to taste good and not !DERANGED 😉

I have about 3 different versions of multi tools I say maybe as there may be more I have forgotten, at Christmas I was give a new Gerber Multi tool and knife, I have added them to my camera bag just now and have a flashlight in their but its not that good a one hence getting a new one

You never know when you might need these things. I don't need the Leatherman often, but if I forgot it at home I would certainly need it ;)

In the first months of drinking no !BEER the people called me !DERANGED too 😉

Back when I was a hand son tech in the field the Leatherman and knife were almost daily use items not so much these days

I may not be !DERANGED but I share deranged tokens, similarly I don't drink !BEER anymore

I agree, most times I need the Leatherman to cut bread or bacon, or whatever snack I have with me ;)
