The cherry on top?

You know those little things that make a good experience even better?

Been enjoying a little bit of the portuguese south coast, these last few days.

And although I miss the wilder part of the southwest coast, still plenty of beauty here.

Small hidden beaches, cool rock formations, and great sunsets; south coast has it all, although it means bigger crowds.

To top it up? The little thing I talked in the beginning? This:

Bolas de berlim!!

Yes, this typical pastry is original from Germany, but for me is a beach symbol! Local vendors walk along the beach selling them, and this one was probably the first on I had this year. Sweet yeast dough fried with egg filling... and your beach day just gets better! 😁
