I have long wanted to cook, but for some reason I put it off all the time .. I looked at many different recipes .. and made up my own. It turned out that cooking terrine is not at all difficult. Of course, this is homemade food, not a high culinary masterpiece. I cooked Terrin for the first time, so I was a little worried ...

Ingredients
minced chicken fillet 500 g
turkey fillet 250g
sour cream 125 ml+ egg (Whip)
carrot 1 (grate)
zucchini chopped)

Direction
Add salt and pepper to the minced chicken to taste.
Cut the turkey fillet into pieces. Grate the carrots. Cut the zucchini.
Cover the baking dish with foil. At the bottom of the mold put half the chicken mince. Then, lay out a layer of zucchini, a layer of sliced ​​turkey fillet, a layer of grated carrots, a layer of chicken minced. Beat egg with sour cream, pour on top. Cover with foil for baking.
Bake for about 1-1.30 hours until cooked, it all depends on your oven.
