Mi ensalada de tomate de la cosecha de mi abuelo.

Hola amigos de steemit.


Ayer fuimos a la casa de mis abuelos maternos, y mi abuelo recogió algunos tomates que ya se han madurado. A mi me gusta mucho el tomate y le pedí a mi abuelo que me regalara uno y me preparé una ensalada muy sencilla que mi mamá a veces no hace.

Lo primero que hice fue lavar bien el tomate y luego lo piqué por la mitad.

Luego saqué las semillas, para que mi papá las siembre y así tener más plantas de tomates. Mi abuelo actualmente tiene 60 matas de tomates.

Lo lavé nuevamente y quedó así el tomate.

Finalmente preparé la ensalada, picando el tomate en cuadritos, le agregué aceite de oliva, sal y oregano y ¡Listo! Es una ensalada fácil de preparar y muuuuy rica.

Me la comí en el almuerzo 😍
