Castilla in black and white # 4: Volition
Paulo Coelho sentenced, in one of his many editorial successes, that faith is not a desire, but a volition and that this, in turn, is a force.
To understand the essence of the infinite roads of Castile, it is necessary to transmute faith into volition and this into strength to face its harsh trials and approach its arcane mysteries.
Perhaps for this reason, it should not be surprising to find solitary hermitages in the middle of nowhere - as happens with oases in the driest deserts - jealously guarded by stone cruisers that remember, even beholding the sad figure of the Savior, who is never he is definitely alone.
Since at the same time they also serve as an exorcism against those storm clouds, which like a legion of devils, occasionally conjugate to flood the solitary moors in swamps.
