World Ocean Tuesday: Sunrise at Encampment Cove on Maria Island, Tasmania

The sun rises at Encampment Cove on Maria Island in Tasmania, Australia. For this photo, I got up early and went to the beach next to my campground to experiment with a strong ND-filter enabling me to capture a 40 second exposure that tints the moving sea white.
