At first it was quite cloudy at the Drau Reservoir, but then the clouds in the east got less and I was looking forward to a nice sunrise, because a bit of fog was visible too. Unfortunately, the clouds stayed in that condition for a while and then closed again completely.
Fortunately, I was able to take some photos like this one and had a really nice and quiet morning at the reservoir.

The first trees already show that autumn is coming quite fast.

Zuerst war es noch ziemlich dicht bewölkt am Drau Stausee, aber dann lockerten die Wolken im Osten etwas auf und ich freute mich auf einen schönen Sonnenaufgang, weil auch ein bisschen Nebel zu sehen gewesen ist. Leider blieben die Wolken eine Weile in diesem Zustand und zogen dann wieder komplett zu.
Glücklicherweise konnte ich einige Fotos wie dieses machen und hatte trotzdem einen wirklich schönen und ruhigen Morgen am Stausee.

Die ersten Bäume zeigen bereits, dass der Herbst mit großen Schritten auf uns zukommt.

Sometimes the subtle sunrise colors may not quite ne what we were hoping for, but over the lake like this to me is so beautiful and refreshing
and cool to see the changing colors as Autumn is coming, I am not in a rush for it with follows but I fdo love the colors of autumn

The Autumn will come soon, and I love the colors as well as the fog in the morning, but it should be a real nice, warm and beautiful Indian Summer 😊

I would love a long and cold Winter with much of this white stuff, but only high up on the mountains.
Down here in the valley it should stay quite warm and dry. That would be perfect for me 😉

I think, I don't forget the !BEER anymore, but the trendo most times, and I don't know, what's happened with the !ENGAGE tokens?

Well may you get some is the snow on the mountains infact take as much of ours as you like lol but I warn you it doesn’t know to stay in the mountains 🏔 maybe it’s had too many !BEER in its youth

Yeah, I think, the s doesn't know, that its place is in the mountains only, because there are the skiing resorts and the people go skiing up there. We don't need it down in the valleys ... well, I must admit, that walking on such a white field under blue sky is nice ;)

Beautiful photos! But the atmosphere is a bit sad and forlorn. The reflections on water are very subtle! Autumn leaves appear too soon! Tell them to wait till November!

to nom (verb): to eat.

a nom (noun) is anything yummy that you are compelled to eat because it is so delicious and appealing.. i particularly love autumn colors, trees, leaves, the scent in the air, the cooler weather. it is good hiking weather! i nom all of it!

nooo the camera is leaning because the trees drank the beer. its what helps turn their leaves that nice golden color..

I love autumn, is so colourful, and is changing all the time. You can take the name picture couple days later and landscape will be completely different. Beautiful pictures @johannpiber. Thanks for sharing them with us.

That's right, the Autumn is the most beautiful and colorful season of the year. I love it, when the trees are green today and yellow or orange tomorrow, and the whole forest gets colorized.
