Actually, today I wanted to hike through the Garnitzenklamm near Hermagor, but it would probably have been too dangerous because of the rain in recent days. But my plan B, the Adventure Water Way (AWW - Abenteuer Wasser Weg) at Liebenfels was pretty slippery and muddy too.

Ich wollte heute eigentlich die Garnitzenklamm bei Hermagor durchwandern, aber wegen der Niederschläge in den letzten Tagen wäre das wahrscheinlich zu gefährlich gewesen. Aber auch mein Plan B, der Abenteuer Wasser Weg (AWW) bei Liebenfels war ziemlich rutschig und matschig.

In the middle of the forest were suddenly artworks - I had not expected that and was therefore quite surprised. Somehow, these 3 do not look so bad, which is why I photographed them to show.
Unfortunately I can not say what these works of art are supposed to mean or represent - I have no idea.

Mitten im Wald standen plötzlich Kunstwerke - damit hatte ich nicht gerechnet und war dementsprechend ziemlich überrascht. Irgendwie schauen diese 3 aber gar nicht so schlecht aus, weshalb ich sie fotografiert habe und euch zeigen möchte.
Was diese Kunstwerke darstellen sollen, kann ich leider nicht sagen - da bin ich wieder einmal völlig ahnungslos.

This waterfall can be seen pretty much at the beginning of the actual path that begins after the mill ruin.

Diesen Wasserfall kann man ziemlich am Anfang des eigentlichen Weges sehen, welcher nach der Mühlenruine anfängt.

About the way itself, which I will definitely visit again next spring, when everything is green again and growing, I will soon make a #travelfeed post.

Über den Weg selbst, den ich auf jeden Fall im nächsten Frühjahr wieder besuchen werde, wenn wieder alles grün ist und wächst, werde ich demnächst einen #travelfeed Beitrag machen.

That's true, and there have been more pieces along the path, but these three I liked most ;) The other waterfalls are bigger and look a bit better, but I have to edit the photos in the next days.

This little waterfall was the first on the path and is just to have more photos in the post ;) I dodn't have more time to edit the bigger falls.

What an a delightfully unexpected set of art installations! The three screaming heads in a vice must have been mildly disturbing to find deep in the misty forest. That last piece is my favorite. It's like hands offering the world. Were there no identifying markers with the sculptures?

Ich habe zumindest kein Schild gesehen, welches nähere Informationen zu den Skulpturen geben hätte können, auf dem Folder zu diesem Weg steht aber etwas von "Kunstfelsen" oder so.
Die anderen Wasserfallfotos muss ich erst ausarbeiten, aber einen musste ich dazugeben, da hast du vollkommen recht.

Ich weiß zwar nicht was du mit "Context" meinst, aber kein Problem, bei mir gibt es zu 99% ein !BEER außer jemand sagt ausdrücklich, dass er keines möchte ;)

Wir haben zwischendurch auf die Kinder meiner Schwägerin aufgepasst, das ist aber schon einige Jährchen her, und unsere eigenen sind inzwischen schon 17 🙂

This is only a small waterfall at the beginning of this path - I will show the others in some of my next posts :)
It is a path through a gorge and a forest for the whole family and there are some interesting things to find along the path. These artworks belong to the path too, but I did not know that before, because this was my first time there.

That's only a small waterfall at the beginning at the path - the next ones were bigger :)

In Summer there are a lot people hiking this path and see these pieces. They belong there just as the waterfalls do ;)

I think the artist or artists should put a plaque there so people can contact them if they want to have them do some artwork.

Walking alone is much better - no !DERANGED people laughing, no noise means no one disturbs the silence in the woods and I can enjoy the walk and relax 🙂

You are so right, but I love to be alone in the woods and on the mountains. Today I have been at a waterfall and it was quite icy there. If I fell, I would have fallen quite deep and nobody would have found me, although my family knew about the area where I was. So, you are right, but still I prefer to be alone 😉
